An excellent well located and well maintained property with good services and facilities. Access to the beach, local shops and restaurants is excellent, although the property is not actually "beach front". There are limited ocean views. Proximity to Noosa and the local area is an advantage without the noise and busyness of Hastings St.
The Sunshine Coast is a favourite destination and we prefer the eastern beaches to Noosa itself. Nonetheless the Noosa area and the national park are key attractions for walking, shopping, dining and golf. Attractive small towns such as Eumundi and Montville are worth visiting for markets, scenery and bush walks in the Blackall Ranges. Views of the Glasshouse Mountains are spectacular. There are also numerous nearby attractions for children.
