We enjoyed our stay, the weather was terrible it rained every day, a suggestion you could have had a large earn at front desk for umbrellas you must sign in and out, I think quests would like the touch.
Your property is right in the middle of Hasting Street and has good access to Hasting Street and Beach.
Having secure parking was a plus also.
